The final argument is that I personally have a weakness for Audi's RS creations. They are just so under-stated, yet so fast!!! And all of this without funny fish gills on the side, like the M3 has.

Since the new M5 is so awesome I can't imagine what the new M3 is going to be like.

New Audi grill looks like a Ford Edsel.....I would never buy it for that reason alone...

E90 M3 4DR. It will be awesome. Never been an Audi fan myself. BMWs are all I've owned.

That's a really tough choice... I love the E90 330i and I'm sure the M3 is going to be phenomenal. I have to say though that I'd take the RS4... I'm an Audi fan and I like the new look more and more every time I see it... Plus where I live you need AWD so the choice of the RS4 is a no-brainer.

I stand corrected. I guess I confused the RS4's engine with the late RS6's twin-turbo V8.

I saw the new RS4 at the Melbourne Autoshow and in Germany and it's very high on my list as options for a nice sedan. I like the RS4 as it's just pure understatement and today Audi has one of the best build qualities compared to BMW, Mercedes and others (if you take an Audi apart and compare it to a BMW/Merceds one you'll understand ).

I still have to go with the E90 M3. I've had my E46 M3 for 3 years and ever since I sold it, I've been really missing it. And on top of that, I've driven my brother's modded S4 with around 400 hp...and I can't say that it was nearly as fun as my M3....so I would say go M3 all the way...Quattro just ain't all that fun.
