That guy's right -- those do look like fenders out of a Ford Focus. I am not sure how I feel about it. I'd have to see it in person.

They are trying to make some of it even more like a Maybach, maybe they think those fenders will be a new S-Class signature? I prefer the '99 S-Class anyhow. Love the technology in the current gen S, never a fan of the body style or lack of headroom.

I've seen a few of them here in DFW and they look OK. I'm not sure how I feel about it just yet. I sort of like the front end - not too bad to look at; the rear, on the other hand, looks too Infiniti J30-ish - never liked that look.
