Ford as reliable as Toyota

I feel we aren't giving enough credit to the Big Three for their overall progress the past couple years. At the same time, we're dismissing import quality concerns and recalls. Take the Scion tC..........that has so many issues and recalls that I wouldn't buy one, even if its later model year. Once I rode my friend's tC, and he said that the side airbags weren't working. Imagine how I felt.

Ford Fusion is an excellent vehicle in its price range. Interior design needs improvement, but driving dynamics are decent.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but aren't you the one that was speaking ill of BMW's made in the U.S.?

Well, I'm not a huge fan of US-made vehicles regardless of brand, but I'm just tryin to say the Big 3 have made significant improvements, and they ought to be recognized for their efforts.

Their stuff isn't perfect yet. The Fusion rental had an annoying rattle in the driver's window (it had 16k miles, and it's a rental........so I was somewhat accepting).
