I did not actually think that you would listen to me....now what will all of those men do when you hit the beach with nifty six pack?!!

Ummm...Muscle does not turn to fat....I saw that in an earlier response....at that hieght and weight you should be able to lean out very quickly.....

Here is something that some people do not know...when you drink your body immediately stops burning fat and stores it while it processes the booze out of your system...I mean like when the first drop hits your stomach lining...so if you go cold turkey...toss in four sessions of 30mins of cardio and cut out all carbs...stack a protein shake and an eggwhite omlette in the am and eat 5 small meals per day you will see results with in a month. I have just gone from 208 to 188 since Jan 15 taking my body fat from 18% to 14.3% with 85% lean body mass at 160.42lbs and 28 pounds of body fat and organs...including the brain.....so anyway...also HYDROXYCUT works...pick up a bottle from GNC...get the big one it is a better value...take 4 twice a day with a multivitimin. Which is critical because your stripping away from the body so you need to replenish those vitimins and minerals. REMEMBER...do your CARDIO and give us updates...hope that helps.

(so the way to survive off rabbits is to consume the whole rabbit to get as much fat as you can from them).

just a few things you learn from survival school...
Very correct and also your body cannot process more than 35 grams of protein at a time any more and you'll be running for the bathroom

Also the comment about a personal trainer, YOU DONT NEED ONE, save you money, if you cant motivate yourself stay home!!! There are plenty of helpful magazines out there, Mens Health sucks they tell you to eat a handful of nuts and expect you to put on quality muscle, Not gonna happen... Pick up Muscular Developement it pulls no punches and gives it to you real. Great suppliment and workout advise.

Silver- if you want to get lots of lean muscle mass you have to lift with good form as blondboi suggested and you can't forget to stretch.
+1!!!!
Clif Bars are great, but there about a buck cheaper at walmart than a grocery store, eating small meals every couple hours works well (toast->yogurt->clif bar->salad or turkey sandwick->fruit->steak or lean meat+salad->cheeze)

STRETCH a lot, don't tear your ACL Especially uch: and run: music, a fan (if its on a treadmill) and stretching before and after make it bearable.

you can buy a bottle of papaya at GNC for a couple bucks. They are tiny and taste good. just chew a few a day and it will help with the upset stomach. but really protien shakes wont help you if you are going for definition, they will just pack on the lbs. you should be able to get plenty of protien from your daily diet. but I would recomend a good multi vitiman. Good luck man.

Mix the protein with water that will be easier on your stomach.
