No, the X is not totalled out. There is 25k of damage and counting. I am expected to get 15k in diminished value. With that I am either going to sell it right off the bat or just pay off the lease early.

I get it back May 24th (fingers crossed).

bastards. I wish I knew about diminished value for my old car. (30k car worth... $4,000 after two years)
