Obama sticks to his guns...

He voted NO on the 120M spending bill from Congress which placed NO time line on the troops coming home and was padded with agricultural funds and so-called 'Katrina Relief'.

Good Job Obama!

So did Hillary Clinton.

Pure Politics as they are both courting the Liberal End of the Spectrum. Both knew the bill would pass so no harm done.

One thing to vote on principal...Another to thing to pander for votes.

Well that is a double edged sword comment.

I don't believe either one of them voted on pricipal there. Both have been all over the place when it comes to the war, I can't even figure out where either of them stands. Neither one seems to commit to anything except for criticizing Bush's approach. Neither has said what their approach would be except for saying that it would be different than Bush.

I have made up my mind, and there is no way I will vote for either of them. As of now, I would either vote for Edwards or Kucinich, and perhaps Gore if he entered the race. If I was a registered Republican, I would vote for Ron Paul in the primary.

Not to shocked at that being your point of view, guess the US politicians in your eyes are damned if they do and damned if they don't.

Not really...

I'm not saying that he cannot change my mind if he says or does the right things. I'm just saying that I still have not heard what his position is on the war (i.e. what he would do if he were commander and chief) and he has had many months to say so since he announced his candidacy. The same goes for Hillary Clinton.

Edwards and Kucinich on the other hand have been very clear about what they would do.

yeah...Nadar is usually very clear to...so is Al Sharpton when he runs.....it's easy to be very very clear when you have no chance of winning.

I wouldn't say that Edwards has no chance of winning. Kucinich probably has no chance.

Obama sticks to his guns... so long as it's not a semi-automatic.

Dude does not like guns.
