We had a chance to visit The Biltmore Estates in Asheville North Carolina. Photos and videos were not allowed however we visited over 65 different rooms in the house. Unbelievable that folks lived like this in the late 1800's. They had electricity, refrigerators, and a swimming pool among all the other great living conditions. Before this house was built the Vanderbilts amassed a fourtune of 100 million dollars, and within in 10 years made another 100 million dollars. In todays money they were billionairs. Whew...........
