Ok, "growing up," or "typical young adult behavior" labels don't work. I've never been arrested in my life. Ever. Never had more than a speeding ticket. Ever.

Did I do some stupid stuff? Sure. Apparently, you're saying you've done some really stupid stuff. Whatever. I didn't know it was a competition.

The point is, one doesn't have to do or not do stupid things for society to agree that some stupid things should be criminal. Just because you (or anyone) has done something doesn't mean anyone should get a pass for similar behavior. I refuse to accept the "boys will be boys" excuse for bad behavior. Ever.

Ms. Paris was criminally stupid. She deserves to be in jail. She is not an example of what growing up is like. If she was, jails would be full of young adults. She's an example of what "holier than thou" acts like.

Again, not an everyday mistake.

Fine. I don't view her as someone to look up to as "standing up and doing the time." My bet is daddy told her she was done.

I just heard a blurb on the local news that she was released from jail today, after serving only three days of her 23-day sentence. Her psychiatrist visited her yesterday. The local news cited this story in TMZ.com. The L.A. County Sheriff's Department is scheduled to hold a news conference in an hour.

Don't know if it's accurate.

They cited "medical" issues. She is now under house arrest for 40 days with an ankle bracelet.

One cannot make this stuff up...

Guys & gals...she's 26 GODDAMN YEARS OLD! She's old enough to know better.

It's a sham that they let her out early. House arrest is a joke. She violated probation, DUI is a potentially life-threatening offense, she should do her time behind bricks and bars. Instead, she'll be at home getting railed by whatever shipping heir stops by and drinking Cosmos and Vitamin water while lying on her chaise by her pool.
