Question Motorola KRZR battery life

My battery is only lasting 24 hours at best. I'm not a cell phone talker. If I do use it, the battery life is even less than 24 hours. Is this normal? Another member said her battery life was short too but she uses hers and uses bluetooth which she said is a battery drain. I'm so glad I updated my dinoasaur phone to a newer model My dinaosaur latest 3-4 days if I didn't use it.

My MOTO E815 last at least 7 days without use, and 3-4 days with use, and that's with bluetooth on.

Here is a review on your phone from cnet.

Here is a quote from the review:

"The Motorola Krzr K1m has a rated talk time of 4.2 hours and a promised standby time of 18 days. In our tests, we managed to get a talk time of 4 hours and 16 minutes. According to FCC radiation tests the Krzr K1m has a digital SAR rating of 1.03 watts per kilogram."

It sounds to me like you have a justified battery issue. I assume you still have Verizon . I would take it to a Verizon store and complain about the issue, and see what they can do about it.

I have the KRZR and charge mine every evening. I talk on it all day for my job and have never had a situation where the battery ran low. I don't use Bluetooth yet and I don't place the phone on vibrate.

Get into the daily routine of plugging the phone in each evening and you won't have a problem. The smaller the phone the smaller the battery.

That is a trade off I'm willing to make.
