anyone used the OREGON SCIENTIFIC ATC-2000 HELMET CAM?

hi im shopping for a decent helmet cam. this cam can record at 640x480 @ 30fps (is that good?)

any used it? i like it how its in one tiny package. only thing im concerned about is video quality.
