I picked up mine tonight, but didn't get a chance to activate it yet. I'll do it tomorrow as it's now 3:30am and I'm too tired.

You shouldn't need to with the iPhone. The regular html site should work fine on the iPhone.

They actually just upgraded the EDGE network in the past week. I was typically getting around 90-120 kbps with my Treo. As of Friday morning, I was getting 170-210 kbps. Not quite as fast as Verizon's EVDO, but certainly decent.
