Is it possible to email an MP4?

I have some videos that I converted to MP4. One is about 150mb the other is just over 200mb.
Can they be emailed?

Any other alternitives if email doesn't work? Like having a place to post them..
Photobucket will only take 100mb files, 5min files.

zipping a compressed file doesn't further compress. MP4 is a compression algo.

FTP is the best way. most email systems won't allow you to send a file that large and most won't accept it.

I agree with UCrewX5 on megaupload.

As an option, a folded over 5 7/8" x 9 5/8" brown envelope with a 51 cent stamp works quite well in Canada. Cost/time effective and guaranteed to work.
