Not sure; but remember the disabled Golfer ( a while back) who said he needed to ride in a cart to do his gold round. The others protested because they said fatigue from walking was part of the game and that would give the disabled golfer an advantage. In this case it appears that regular folks with out bionic limbs feel that this is not a level playing field.
