Sorry that you've had to go through such heartache in a week.

As others have said, the bright side is that "someone above" was looking out for your health.. Keep repeating to yourself "It's only a car.."

I know you mentioned you are in Middlesex county often, and if you need a ride or anything, we're close by in Metuchen, and happy to help any way we can..

Also, I know the guys at OpenRoad pretty well. Tony Martins is the service manager and Tim Taylor is the service Director. Feel free to let me know if you need any help, though they are OUTSTANDING guys.

July 07 is almost over... August will be the beginning of a better time for you.

Wow that guy had to be haulling ass to mess up your X like that I have never seen suspension components bend because of a sideswipe before...just remember you can always replace a car...you can never replace a life

Well, not as bad as I thought. Estimate looks like it will come in somewhere around $15,000.00 - Mostly body work and the hub, knuckles or something. They have her up now making sure it's square. Doesn't seem to be any frame damage. I'm actually glad she's not totaled. Now I can wait to get what I want.

Thanks for the kind words. After seeing that poor guy that had the head on in the E70 mine seems trivial.

have them check and replace the rear diff too. Impact to the hub/knuckle/suspension like that will probably break the splines... Not always visible but highly likely.
