Why is there a trial for this?
http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/law/07/31...rss_topstories Somali citizen pleads guilty in Ohio to providing information to terrorists to blow up a mall. We really need a trial for this?

It's not going to trial...on the other side of the coin this whole thing went down in 03 which means that they have been holding this guy without trial for 4 years now...don't get me wrong I think it would be great to just draw and quarter him then release the tape to alJazeera to show some people we are not fucking around with terrorists or those that aid them, but we can't do that once you establish a precedence for taking away our right to a fair trial we will lose it forever just like all of the things taken from us with the patriot act
