at least I am not the only one curtious driver out there. I do see nowadays people in this country are no longer self-consious and ignorant to others and are catching up to the rest of the world WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU!!!

I do flash high-beams to opposing traffic to warn of a speed-checking police officer, provided that prevailing road and traffic conditions permit. (I won't high-beam if there is a car right in front of me that might interpret my actions as aggression)

I do, on freeways and big two lanes...
I suspect the "avg driver" rarely sees my flash or, notices. They all busy with IMs, cell phones, watching TV, Crackberries, et al.
