I do it on the interstates and the like. I agree with MD, most people other than the truck drivers probably have no clue or are too preoccupied to take notice.

nobody ever does that here. Usually a flash of the highbeams means "turn your highbeams off, buddy!" So no, I don't do it.

I used to, a long time ago. It's not worth getting a ticket myself now, I let them get caught. I have often seen a radar trap in one direction, and a cruiser going the other way picking off those warning of the radar. While you can fight a ticket for interfering with a police officer, it just isn't worth the trouble IMO.
