Now more than ever we need to institute a penalty for bringing frivolous lawsuits where the loser pays the winners legal fees.
That would put an end to a majority of the litigation that is wasting court resources and costing some businesses and individuals their livelihood. You can still bring a case against anyone...But you had better have what amounts to a good case.

I've had this happen to my company before, and it sucks.
