NE1 else fed up with the BS in California?
Why is it that celebrities in Cali (mainly white women) don't have to do sh_t if they break the law? Lohan for instance, 2 DUI's and Coke charges and she does less then a week of jail time?????????? The NAACP needs to get off M. Vick's jock and go after this crap. I guarantee a black guy (or any no celeb for that matter) would do more time in both these cases then the hos did..... GRRRR.

Take it up with the federal govt:
The reality show star, who checked into jail in this Los Angeles suburb at 3:15 p.m., was released at 4:37 p.m. "based on her sentence and federal guidelines," Under a federal court mandate to manage jail overcrowding, arrestees sentenced to 30 days or less for a nonviolent offense are usually released within 12 hours, the sheriff's department said in a statement. Under the guidelines, Richie was "treated in the same manner as other inmates with a similar sentence," the statement said.
