And, he was a D-Day Hero on top of everything else...
(by Hero I mean Every man and woman that slogged through WWII and made it or, unfortunately, didn't make it.) Hope he had a good last ride to Valhalla.

As a long time Trek fan, I'm sorry to see him pass. At least he got the honor of seeing the presentation of his star on the Hollywood walk of fame last year.

Doohan's first marriage to Judy Doohan produced four children. He had two children by his second marriage to Anita Yagel. Both marriages ended in divorce. In 1974 he married Wende Braunberger, and their children were Eric, Thomas and Sarah, who was born in 2000, when Doohan was 80

Hey thanks to R8DX5 for the message and link. Who could forget the line about, 'you canna break the laws of physics, Cap'n'. Its just what I said when facing an X5 stuck in 4 feet of snow with all Michelins spinning hopelessly !
