What if you had a four foot face?
 MORRISVILLE, N.C. - Morrisville police have charged a man with assault on a government official after an officer said the man coughed into his face during a traffic stop. Officer Chris Gill said in his report that Kent Kauffman looked into his eyes before "hacking" in his face three times, according to Morrisville spokeswoman Stacie Galloway. Kauffman said he did cough from the window of his minivan but did so toward Gill's waist. "He says I coughed in his face," Kauffman said. "But that would only work if he had a 4-foot-long face." Kauffman said he developed a cough after his dog died last week. He said Gill put him in handcuffs and threw him into the side of the patrol car. Gill pulled Kauffman over Tuesday for not wearing a seat belt. He now faces a misdemeanor charge and, if convicted, could spend up to 60 days in jail

... Damn, QwkAg... Ya'll get over there toward R-D, etc. and, the cops are aggressive & weird,  .Here in the western mtns, one can talk themselves outta most tight spots, except with the Statie hard guys,  .

Oh listen, everytime i go back to RD i get reminded that Johnny law has nothing else to do but work hard giving out tickets. Not that we should not obey the law but they get involved in cheep shots like giving you a ticket because you were stuck behind someone else and the light turned red. The officer saw what happend, knew it was caused by someone else but had to make an issue of it. No my sister in law didn't get a ticket but he stopped her none the less. It's not funny but then again it is.
