I dunno, I think sometimes its just poor communication or misunderstandings. I never seem to have unusual issues with any dealership, or any companies for that matter. I never lose my cool; I pretty much put it out plain and simple. If I don't like it, I'll leave.

definately seen that, but inversely a little. in my family:
18 year old walks into Herb Chambers, they treat me like royalty. 50 year old walks into local redneck owned and operated dealership, gets ignored when about to trade for a crisp X. needless to say our cars are bought outta state now Why the f*ck would they call the police on her? on what grounds? I hope she sues them outta business. (on the same grounds they would have called the police on her... none!) arseholes.
