Are you purposely ignoring the fact that the MacBook has a much faster processor?? Does your thinkpad also have Bluetooth 2.0, how about wireless "n" standard? In addition, your thinkpad weighs 6.4 pounds, while the MacBook weighs 5 pounds. Lastly, your Thinkpad has 2MB cache, and the MacBook has 4!

Compare ALL of the specs Blue!

Apple has a much more limited chosie you go from a 13 inch model to the $2,000 15 inch model. With Thinkpad you have many more options so its hard to do a dirrect compare.
