This car just doesn't do it for me. I'd much rather have a new Vette...

I had a NSX, and I can tell you that the Europeans have never been able to make a car that has the "driving feel and soul" of that.
Seriously, I have driven everything in that price range including every porsche model under $100k, Corvettes, the various BMW models, Audis, etc. And none of them have the feel of the NSX. The only one that comes close is the Lotus Elise, but it takes me about 5 minutes just to contort my body properly to get into that car -- obviously I could never drive that as my daily driver which I did with my NSX.

NSX = Honda civic + Coilovers + typeR brakes + b16c 16v typeR motor.
It does look a little better. |

Second in my opinion I had more fun in my civic which had a 97 Acura type r motor,brakes,trany, koni coilovers and 17 inch rims. Then I did in my stock 92 nsx. The nsx looks allot better but performance wise I enjoyed the civic more. If you do the math with the horsepower to weigh ratio they might have been close but with the coilovers and the type r brakes the civic was more fun. Not to mention $50,000 cheaper. What's your problem? |

when the NSX first came out, the first 2 years of its existence it was garbage. It was burning through tires like crazy just from normal driving because there were problems with the rear suspension.
