What do you think of this 28" LCD monitor deal?

Any of you familiar with this brand of monitor? This price is amazing for a 28" monitor.

they don't list the major specs like contrast ratio, brightness, hor/vert viewing angle... i'ld stay away. Also, they don't say what type of panel it is. also, there's not DVI port, only vga and hdmi. most video cards have vga or dvi, not hdmi.

Thanks for input Gresch. I found out that they include a DVI to hdmi cable in the box. There is a tigerdirect shop not too far. I will check it out tomorrow if they have this on demo. It does sound very cheap for a 28" monitor though.

Alain,

Yesterday, we bought a 32 inch LCD HDTV for $449 at the local Best Buy. The brand is Dynex, which I've never heard of, but the specs were decent. The TV is for our son, so we were not looking for a "brand-name" TV. We paid an additional $99 for a three-year warranty, just in case something goes wrong. Still a good deal. Check out Best Buy.

Juan
