Welcome to the MAC world.. You won't believe how much better, easier your life has just become.. I used to be a die hard PC user than I got wise.

The strongest suggestion I can make to you, GO GET A TWO BUTTON MOUSE..
I never got used to the one button MAC mouse so I bought a "right click" button.. Me so happy...
