If he was 17, yeah I would agree with you. He is 20. Technically, the responsibility shifts from that of a parent to a landlord, assuming he is doing something in return for shacking up with M+D.

If he didn't make those dumb threats, he would have been fine. He had 2 ak47's and 5000 rounds and a drum magazine. Big deal. Nothing Illegal here except for the threats.
