Mapsource NA upgrade?

Anyone out there with a Garmin SP2610 or other portable NAV system that uses Mapsource City Navigator? I'm asking b/c I got an e-mail to upgrade my current version 6.3 to their new version 7.

Anyone else do this? It costs $150 to upgrade, which I think is a ripoff, but if its worth it, I'll do it. Unless someone has a copy they want to share.

It's not $150, I bought my 2610 over a year ago and the upgrade was free to download. There is a bug in the "find places" function that was driving me nuts. If you use the software on your computer to find a place and you put the country in, the find will crash. The fix is to leave country out and it works fine.

here's the link to the free download:

Thanks Gresch, I'll use the download to update my version 6.3, the offer i got in e-mail was for version 7 (the free one above is version 6.7). Not sure what the differences are, but I'll take free before I spend $150 anyday

version 7 is the dvd i believe, if you have that then maybe you are on the hook for the $150, but if you stay within 6.x it's a free upgrade.
