After reading the article I'm thinking (or at least hoping) Sony is going to sell them to camera manufacturers such as Canon, Nikon, etc. As far as I know Sony does not make any true DSLR's (ones with interchangeable lenses) and I think that is where this CMOS sensor is targeted for.

Some one is making these Sonys...
I have the old Konica-Minolta body version, the 5D, bought just after KM sold "rights" or mfg'ing or...? to Sony. I've fiddled with the new Sony. It is much more elegant than my cheapazz KM.
