My Weekly 'Puter Wonderment...
Lately, as in the past couple weeks, I occasionally & regularly get a funny pop up
box when I x out a window or site I was looking at: It's a rectangular box that reads, for example: Iexplore.exe - Application error the instruction at "0X029938ae" referenced memory at "0X02bc6ta8" This memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate program Click Cancel to debug the program. Sometimes the box says similar to above, but : "CwndSessionMonitor" and a different set of "numbers" show up...rest of note is the same. I get it when closing out a window of a site, from Outlook Express, and I also get it when closing out a window/site that I got from IE and the net. Not wringing my hands, but it is increasing in frequency occurrence...I've changed nothing here, that comes to mind. Other than this new glitch, my 'puter is haulingazz and seemingly running fine. I do the usual spyware, anti-virus, clear cache, clear cookies, defrag, etc., etc., on a regular basis. Any ideas/comments are welcome. Thanks, Ol'UncleMotor |
