Or maybe it is. After pulling a stunt like that on me, I think I'd probably have my X5 fully paid for with the proceeds from the lawsuit against Baltimore.
I hope these kids' parents sue as well-- if the kid had been smart, though, when he went to the ground he would have grabbed his head and screamed something like "Help! Stop beating me!" or the like. Had I been in the kid's position I think I would have insisted upon EMS being called after being shoved to the ground-- nothing like trying to turn the tables by making a public scene even more public and adding more emotion to it.
EDIT: I'm now reminded why I DON'T go to Baltimore for entertainment, recreation, or even a casual night of dining in the Inner Harbour. As if the slums just outside of the Inner Harbour aren't enough, we now have the city's police force feeling free to beat the life out of its citizens.
