After reading the reviews on howardforums.com, I talked her out of the FlipShot SCH-U900.

She went to the store and got the LG VX8350. My sister has the same phone, and I have the older version of it. It's a GREAT phone and takes really good pictures for a camera phone. Mom LOVES it! She's always had issues with the earpiece volume not being loud enough, but with the VX8350, she doesn't need to turn the volume all the way up.

How do you like yours?

Only had it for one day, I like it though. I was hesitant from switching from Motorola to LG, and I still have my doubts, but the phone works well.
My pictures come out not so great (so far, indoors), slightly worse than my old moto phone which had a VGA camera from 2005......

I too was hesitant switching from Motorola to LG, but I don't think I'll ever go back! I love LG!

That's weird...I've taken many pictures, both indoors and outdoors that have turned out GREAT!
