No xpert, as my only experience with irrigation systems is our FLA Wintertime
Starter Shack; there our lil' system is on one zone, but
it has a combo of stand/3 ft tall sprayers, short spayers and a bunch
of pop ups for the "lawn" at the perimeter; the pop ups go bad a couple
times per season and are constantly being replaced by the maint.
gang we have.

In FLA, it seems to be sand/grit getting into the pop
up head/area and/or the pop up simply wears out more quickly...
dunno if this is any freakin help. A good landscape/irrigation guy
should be able to dianose, and maybe you can too. I see replacement
parts at SLowes, HD, et al.

thanks guys!! I think i might have the guy come out and check it out.. but it's $95 off the top.

It looked like the sprinklers are working.. just the rotor ones didn't pop up.. I actually have 2 types of rotor sprinklers (from my google research i've determined this)...

Thought I'd leave an update.. thanks for everyone's help. I have figured it out. It was as my cousin said, by having all the zones on at the same time, the water pressure to each zone wasn't enough so I wasn't getting a full stream. When I searched online yesterday I saw the suggested PSI (40-55) for rotor sprinklers. .and it was evident that could easily have been the case (from my visual PSI meter).

So I put on the zones 1 at a time.. and water out of all sprinklers.. even found some more I didn't know were there.. :-)

Interesting...because I didn't know there was a way to have all the zones on at the same time?

On my irrigation system I have 12 zones with 6 heads on each zone. They go on sequentially.

Glad you got your issue resolved -and saved yourself $95. That's like getting a free tank of gas for the X5.

Sure is!!! Well I am not supposed to turn them all on manually -but i have an older switch box, and I can manually put all of them on. So that's what I did to see everything.. It all works now.. timer and all.. sequential areas turning on.
