Thanks everyone - very much appreciated. It definitely is a great feeling. We were lucky in that the previous owners are the 1st owners and they took pride in the place, well maintained and they thought of everything.

Hey M/Suave - it's all ready for the housewarming! It came with a bar and pool table - that sold it for me. I think housewarming may be weekend of Tri-State meet.. I'm trying to change it, but can't tell CEO why!

Yup!! It definitely has dibs!! (by default actually.. wife does not have her license yet. New Yorkers..)

We are good for now with 1 car, she commutes by mass transit, I drive to work. I'd like to get an A4 eventually for her so we'll see (or maybe just upgrade to a 2006 4.8 in a yr or 2).

New Question

Hey - question to the other home owners out there.. figured there's so much knowledge.. why not tap into it.

Having a problem with my sprinkler system. I turned them on.. and most work.. accept for the ones that shoot out in intervals a few seconds apart.

I've asked around and my cousin lives a few blocks down and just turned his on.. he mentioned that it's probably a pressure issue.. that the ones that I need to pop up need water pressure so the zone shouldnt be on at the same time.. any ideas?

I honestly haven't done a google on it yet.. but figured I'd post this while i search.. thanks!

Is it in zones? Sometimes theres a rupture in a line to one zone or something like that....

It is in zones.. I've got 4 zones.. Iguess the first thing I need to do is figure out exactly what my zones are because they aren't labelled. Might do that tonight.. if it cools down.
