I finally managed to sign up for a Live Cashback Account. I found this on a deal website and it worked for me. After following the instructions below, the problem was fixed on the first try.

"If you're a TWC/RR customer and you're unable to access the Get Cash Back button in My Message to create your account, do this:

edit: my cashback isnt showing. This isn't good.

Glad it worked for you. I was getting pretty frustrated and worried.

I have read that it takes a few days or up to a week for the cash to show up in your account.

UPDATE: My purchase from June 18th is now showing the cashback in my account. $57 back on a Canon battery grip.

I was pretty unaware of this MS program until now but there are other stores that do offer cashback. For example, I could get $51 back for a lens I want that sells at J&R who offers 5% back. Not a bad deal.

Well only one of my 3 purchases has showed up so far. Tomorrow will be 1 week for my original purchase and nothing yet so I will contact support if I don't see anything tomorrow.

The selection of good sellers on Buy It Now stuff can be a bit limited but there's always something to be found. I sure hope this MS Cashback deal works out. There's no reason to think it won't. How much money are they shelling out with this program???
