If this is the same company, it looks like it is a franchise..which means you may be able to get funds back.

I just called the Columbia location and was told "Unfortunately we are not the same company as them and we don't know what's going on there."

Hmm, I find that shady. Call the Better Business Bureau. I'm doubting that "we aren't the same" crap. Same name, same everything...>franchise<

I'm going to see what happens with the affidavit. If nothing, I'll make some calls...as long as I don't have to talk to that chick with the annoying voice on the Ed Norris Show!

It wasn't done as a debit transaction. It was done as a credit transaction on my debit card.
