Tanning salon closed without notice

I've been going tanning at the same salon for almost two years now. I've been going once a week to maintain my current tan. Five weeks ago, I bought another tanning package with them. I went to go tan yesterday, and I saw there was a "closed" sign on the door. I figured the girl who was supposed to work didn't show up, so I figured I'd just go today. I just called to make sure they were open and got an answering machine with a message stating "Un-Sun Tanning Salon is no longer in business."

I was just there last week. There was no sign saying they were closing or going out of business.

How do I get my money back from them? I still have roughly 150 minutes left that I bought!

You can look into it to see if the parent company (if there is one) is still in business, but if the company went out of business, then you are SOL.

I get all the color I need on the golf course, outside here at
home, etc. Tell your employer you want a sunlamp at your desk...

Small Claims court, but I suspect you will never see a penny back.

I am EXTREMELY fair...with the amount of time I spend outside each summer, I have to get a "base tan" or I will get fried...even with sunblock.

Btw, isn't tanning via salons really bad for your skin in the long run?
