Yes, a basement gym equipped for what we both do regularly.
Lifecyle with heart rate monitor A few free weights, very light Mats Stott Pilates reformer, professional model, complete with trapeze tower, pull-downs, jump board, rotating disks, platform extender, long box, etc Stott Pilates stability chair, complete with split pedals and handles Various balls and exercise bands I am married to a certified Stott instructor, who uses it all daily. I use it three times per week most of the year, with my favourite instructor training me; in the summer I would rather ride outside.
