auto-transport company

Anybody have any experience with shipping a car / any recommendations / suggested companies etc. I did a search on google and requested a couple of quotes, but I would prefer to have someone with some experience give me advice.

I just used Express Auto Transport (EAT) to ship an M roadster from CA to MD. They are a broker and it took about a week before they found a trucker in CA going my way. For a cross country trip, it was $1100 uncovered.

For the price it was very good, and I'll probably use them again. Car was delivered pretty dirty, but I expected it too. After a quick clean, the car was in excellent shape. EAT is recommended on eBay Motors which is how I found them, and there were many mixed results when I looked up reviews online. I still decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did.
