yep..i'm on that boat. I get calls from end users in the hospitals just like that. I just keep telling them to reboot, and call their network people or just blame the phone company altogether. They call in a panic for the most idiotic request. They tell me that everything is down meanwhile it's just one user with a PC that's got a disconnected cable. Then we go and do all these works and at the end that user ended up just going home or switching to a different workstation then they don't call us back to tell us they're able to do work.
