Mobilme is good if you want to have, your home cpu, your work cpu, your laptop and your iphone, all sharing the same info.

I wasn't kidding.

Ok, see, now I'm confused..

I thought if you had a .mac account, than Mobilme was the free upgrade. It seems as though, SYNC is replaced by Mobilme and I thought the $99 charge was for people who didn't have an existing .MAC account.

Meiac,

I think they are now one and the same.... You don't need both, you don't need to buy .me if you already have, .mac

It's more service for the same price.

Mobilme is the new version of .Mac

(I think)....

But I quickly figured out, you use the same name and password as .MAC. And if you didn't have a .MAC account, they give you a .ME account, but if you did have a .MAC account, then you automatically have a .MAC and a .ME account.

Again, don't quote me on it, but that's how I think it works.

Mobilme = .MAC
