GO JOE!

Joe Biden says there are obvious differences between himself and fellow vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, but they’re not just on policy. She’s good-looking.

Just what women in America want to hear...And old long time party insider making fun of an upcoming woman politician in a sexist manner.

McCain just might get more Hilliary voters than I once thought.

Ol' Joe is one of the few politicians I have grudging respect for - he speaks plainly, like you or I - He may not have been as badly infected by the "Beltway diseases" of pomposity, greed, media-whore,etc, as he does not live there, but travels back home to Delaware every night.

I don't think so. If he feels the girl looks good then he should say it.
Nothing sexist about that at all.

So you're telling me that women in America don't want to hear
"Their good-looking"?

Man if that's what it come down to then i feel sorry for anyone who feels that way...............

Not at all, in fact it was a harmless little joke that is quite funny and true. Problem is some the feminist Hillary backers who are upset at Obama WILL read between the lines. Biden did mean it as a slap and he might as well said she should stick to beauty pageants and PTA boards and let the men who know a thing or two about Washington do their jobs.

That IS what he was alluding to when he said she was "good looking". Same can be said about his comment in the primary when he commented about Obama “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking. As if the rest are stupid, dirty and ugly.

Joe sometimes does not think before he thinks and this will cost him some votes. Regardless of what you or I think.

Maybe and maybe not regarding what we think he or she was alluding to or meant by this or that comment.

Honestly; it seems like people are taking a awful lot of time to research every comment made by someone about every little thing. Reminds me of a bunch of old women looking for something to gossip about.

In the end all this effort to read between the lines is nothing more than a waste of time. Invariably what we find fine between the lines is what was there all along. NOTHING....
