2) recind Community Reinvestment Act of 1995 3) put back the uptick rule 4) put pack the original restrictions to Fannie-Mae & Freddie-Mac loans see how the market reacts, THEN let's talk about money Personally, I'd also like to see forfeiture of CEO "golden parachutes" if the company flounders or loses money due to mis-management. It wouldn't hurt to see some board of directors fired either. And WHY is the new 18-day CEO of Wachovia getting a $13+million severance?
