 Just a thought. Nostradamus couched his "prophetic" verses in language so obscure that the words can be, and have been, interpreted to mean almost anything. What's more, the interpreting is always done after the fact, with the benefit of hindsight, and with the concerted aim of proving the relevance of a given passage to an actual event............ Not today.. 3 future index hit stop limit triggers before market open. Circuit breakers halt mass selloff within 1 second of open.. Low volume today. We were able to test the lows. Capitulation effort faded within the first hour. I think this was a test on how much the US investor buys into fear and how much risk they can handle and take.
We avoided a collapse but its not off the table yet.

as long as I still receive my dividends, and I have not heard of any rumored cuts, I'm okay - I'd still like to see the "up tick rule" brought back - and for all the talk of money "fixing" the problem, there has been no talk of "fixing" the laws that caused this clusterf**k
