You guys got it all wrong. A contract is a contract, it doesn't matter if the company fails. He is entiltled to $10MIL in the contract, then it is his money. His request happens to be at the wrong time. That is capitalism is all about right? We pay Gilbert Arena millions and millions of dollars, and the Wizards dont make playoff and even worse he is on injured list sitting at home in his huge masion with million-dollar exotic cars, but guess what we still paying him the amount on his contract. Same thing happens in NFL, Detroit Lion GM, Coaches, Players get paid MILLIONS of dollars and they are 0-13, So should the Owner say, guess what guys we are 0-13 I am not paying you. Go get some foodstamps. NO.

Not at all. Once you take FEDERAL funds that whole Capitalism thing goes out the window.

You know that it's not simple Not all the banks wanted to be part of the TARP ($700 Billion bailout) bill but they are all being tarred with the same brush.
