I don't agree with the likely split into territories, for the reasons given above by others. The emergence of Cascadia isn't recognized either.

X5rolls: The various predictions for the end of US domination fall into the category of End of Empire. Lots of published works under that banner. It will absolutely happen, it is just a question of when. Those that don't believe it will happen should check their history books and see what the last empire was that went on indefinitely. All things come to an end. But to put it down specifically to 2010 seems a little extreme. It will happen much more slowly IMO.
