Terrible publicity for Lexus/Toyota...It will be inetresting to see what how they respond to this incident. If i'm the doc, its lawsuit time...

The strange thing is that the photo does not look that bad.

No fire and the hood open, how do you become injured if you are in the drivers seat?

WOW that sucks. I wonder what the carbon footprint is.

I wish him a speedy recovery, and that he does not take the "Free Lexus/Valium for life" option Lexus better offer him.

It depends....I see lots of doctors also driving BMWs, Mercedes, Acura, Porsche, Land Rovers, Cadillac....depends on the person....

I should know...

I know its all generalization and stereotypes but I always think of an Acura and Lexus as cars for people that have money but don't really understand cars. My brother in law always called my old Toyota an appliance not a car.
