Exclamation Northeast wind this am...

I got hit with a tree branch on my way to work this morning. Scared the sh*t out of me. It hit the drivers side window and door. The glass, the trim between the window and door, and the drivers door are all scratched up.

I guess I shouldn't complain, it could have broken the window.

Yikes! Your poor X! Yeah, it could've been worse, but it still blows. (pun intended )

A lot of places (schools, businesses) are closed down here due to power outages.

It's still a tad breezy out. Last night the wind was ridiculous, especially when we got hit with that T-storm warning. I'm kinda glad I didnt park under the trees last night.

Sorry to hear about your scrape, L.

Thanks guys..I'm so bummed. She's dirty now, but it looks as if some marks are just scuffs and will come out, but there are clearly nice deep scratches. I can see white, which looks wonderful against the Sapphire Black What was I thinking going back to black? I miss my Sterling Grey. At least there are no dents.

When December rolls around and I tell you all that I'm getting into a Black X6, someone shoot me.

L you can get it fixed, the important thing is that you are safe.

The lease is almost over and then you can get a Silver X6 .

mD...what happened to your post? Decided to go for the condensed version I kinda liked the weather report with the wind speeds.

I know guys, I'll stop whining now....I'm happy I'm not in hospital getting stitches in my head.

I had a chunk of 2x4 fly off the overpass and I have some nice white primer on my door. 26 days till I get that fixed...

OT, it was black car day and my buddy and I went over to the factory. Watched an x6 xdrive30d do 150 in the roll booth. VERY cool, but most cars were EU spec and diesel...
