Phong, to what area are you moving to?

There is currently prime land in the Collingwood area around the IntraWest development. Also in the Horseshoe area there are a few spots left...right next to 2 golf courses, plus the resort itself. Oh, and there's Tiny Beaches you could drive up to in a jiffy.

Ian those are prime areas near golf courses and ski hills but it's a bit too much of a drive. I'd still want something a little closer to downtown so we're looking at a few places: Forest Hill, S. Kinsway/Kingsway, Baby Point areas. We're leaning towards Baby Point area with tree-lined streets.

I'm gonna finish off today, apply silicone sealant, let it dry. Then apply grout, let that dry. Then tomorrow the final sealant and border.

By the weekend, I will also have new doorknobs, new bathroom cabinets, plus a new granite top for the bathroom (I ordered this 2 weeks ago).

Not much of a "treat" perhaps, but I'm excited.
Wow sounds like a great project. I think when you do home projects yourself you will appreciate it much more. Good luck.
