Well, if you take away the University students and commuting faculty, the town's population is probably 250.

This town has students during the school year, and the rest of the time it's a ghost town, and the surrounding area is farms for many miles. Weirdly the folks in this county are well-off unlike many surrounding counties.

My mindset just turned 80 a couple weeks ago.
